Sunshine and Easter Bunnies

The beginning of April kicked off with the Project Awareness for Bring Back Oliver’s Smile. (please click here to see their website) This month Oliver’s smile started to come back again and we got news that Take a Break magazine would be honoured to have Oliver’s story in their magazine, they even give us £100 to put towards his fundraising cause. Oliver is still on a monthly basis doing his H Bot, (click here to find out what it’s about) Oliver’s getting more vocal and he is moving around alot more now, he can now get right onto his knees all by himself. He really does sound like he’s trying to communicate, even though a lot of it sounds like screaming. The weather is getting a lot better, so we are back to chasing up on helpers for The sensory Garden project that started last year, it’s just amazing how many generous people that are out there, that really want to help Oliver. Oliver still gets very tired it must be a hard work for a 6 year old child tp battle with Encephalitis. We are all blessed to get so many visitors. Every other week Oliver’s and Isabelle Nana comes to help. Every week, every Wednesday and most Friday’s is Grandpa and Grandma Visit and we had a lovely visit from Nannie, Grumps and Harvey this month. With Easter creeping up extremely fast we make plans to visit Grandpa and Grandma at their house. Oliver had Easter eggs hunt in the back garden, to find some sensory toys, it was a really enjoyable day. We also went to see Sam and Cat on Easter Monday which was a lovely day as well.
